This is a Quiet, rural lifestyle property in a fabulous area of Taupo!

5 bedrooms with two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with a pretty mountain view…

**Please note this is a Family Bach and you will have to provide your own linen - sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea towels, or let us know and at an extra cost we can have the linen provided and beds made before you get there.**

5 acres of gentle grazing (room for a couple of horses/ponies) should you want to bring them too!! (Please ask first - as neighbor grazes to keep grass down).

Plenty of parking in a quiet, private home. Enjoy a beer or wine on the deck with the view of the mountain or relax in the patio area and have a family bbq…. just a 5 min or so drive to town.

Plenty of riding for the horse enthusiast (large grass verges along our road, and the Taupo Equestrian centre not far either!!!) perfect for a couple families that want to get together in a quiet relaxing environment!

Bring the boat or boats!!! Heaps of parking, safe to leave outside as house is not viewed from the road..

Hard day, why not soak in a thermal hot pool while the kids play at the water park just 6 mins down the Road!
(DeBretts Thermal Spa and waterpark)… Better still go alittle further to Wairakei, better for adults to enjoy a quiet soak together (we highly recommend this one)

Dinner out?? In 10 mins you can be in the centre of Taupo, enjoying an awesome meal, (Dixie Browns is good) or you could grab a coffee and sandwich at Industrie Cafe just a couple minutes down the Rd or a no fuss meal at the Local diner @ Stag park (1950s American style diner), both great eatery’s we highly recommend!

If peace and quiet is what you're after, not far from town then this is the place to stay!! Quiet & private is why we love this place, the neighbours are awesome, and the view is of beautiful farmland with the lake just in view (until the pines grow) Perfect for a horse lovers getaway or a couple of families to get together.

There are rubbish bags provided, and a recycling bin as well.

Please treat our home with care and before leaving turn off lights and heated towel rail. Let us know if anything gets broken so we can sort it for next guests.
